Hey babe! Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to returns, exchanges and order cancellations.

You have 14 days of receiving your order to return your items for a full refund or store credit.

All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return:

We're sure you'll be in love with your new pieces but if you need to create a return please email support@rhodeocole.com to initiate. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging and freebies included and intact.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting evidence if return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent.

Our support team will provide you with a returns number and shipping address. It is the customers responsibility to cover shipping fees upon returning an item (exc. faulty or incorrect item sent). Please only return your order via a tracked service!

If an exchange is approved for a faulty or incorrectly sent item, we will process an exchange order to you.

Order Cancellations and Size Exchanges:

Due to our limited stock and quick order processing, we regret that we cannot accept order cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase!

For the same reason we are also unable to accept size exchanges. Please refer to our size guide under each individual product and reference images.

Ready to Ship and Pre-Order Items:

Ready to ship items and pre-order items will be shipped separately.

Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Pre-order windows for specific items will be clearly specified and will be shipped as soon as they become available.

UK Shipping

Orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 24-hour service.

Shipping cost is £3.50.

International Shipping:

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 5-11 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Shipping cost for EU and International orders is £9.50 excluding duties and taxes.

Duties and taxes must be paid for by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping provider.

If your order tracking status shows as "Delivered," but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

Incorrect Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. If you realise that you have
entered an incorrect or incomplete address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via support@rhodeocole.com.

If the package has not been shipped, we will make every effort to update the address before shipping it. If the package has already been shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the fees to reship the order to the correct address.

Yes! We combine orders whenever possible to reduce our shipping carbon footprint. When you place multiple ready-to-ship orders, we will make every effort to combine them into one shipment. However, please note that items on pre-order will not be combined with ready-to-ship orders.

In the event that your order is too large to fit in a single shipment, we will split it into multiple shipments. We will communicate this with you and provide tracking information for each shipment.

Custom packaging and freebies are per shipping address and will be provided while stocks last.

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

Each collection is dropped in limited quantities and once an item is sold out we cannot guarantee a restock. However, we have waitlists open for all sold out items where you will be the first to be notified of a restock or pre-order once you join.
